Location: Calhoun, GA

Shift: Saturday - Monday 6:00AM-6:00PM

What you will do:

  • Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse distribution team environment where we assist our client with the needs and demands of their supply chains.
  • Manage the day-to-day duties, including but not limited to outbound/inbound activities, inventory control, staffing decisions, and employee development
  • Achieve operational goals that will provide acceptable levels of profitability and client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding productivity standards
  • Deliver excellence in service to our clients by achieving performance goals through KPI monitoring, LEAN principles, and process improvement
  • Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
  • Effectively communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates
  • Coach, train, and mentor associates allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop

Our ideal candidate will have......

  • 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementing and managing change
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications
  • Listening skills and strong abilities to collaborate and motivate others to accomplish goals
  • Demonstrated success in problem-solving and decision-making to overcome obstacles and maximize opportunities
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
