Job Title: Warehouse Order Selector
Reports To: Outbound Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Classification: Full Time
Job Summary: The Warehouse Order Selector accurately picks cases of product to complete account orders using proper lifting and pallet stacking techniques in conjunction with the conveyor lines.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Follow directions accurately, consistently, and safely.
  • Accurately pick cases from bins with PTL lights on.
  • Promptly push the button to reset PTL once cases are picked and loaded on conveyor.
  • Responsible for clearing pallets from bins once they are empty to support replenishment.
  • Consistently communicate with Replenisher on needs of given pick aisle.
  • Keep the pick aisle clean throughout each shift.
  • Clean assigned area at the end of shift.
  • Assist other pick aisles as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Good communication skills both individually and within the Warehouse team.
  • Represents SCP's commitment to excellence through PARTNERS values.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment during the Outbound shift, Monday-Friday (11:45am-workload is completed.) Start and end times are subject to change and determined by workload.
  • Punctual and dependable.

Education/Experience:
  • High School graduate or GED.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds continuously.
  • Walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting, continuously.
