SUMMARY: The Warehouse Operations Manager, under the supervision of the Director, Distribution Center Operations - AL, is tasked with the day-to-day operations of the companyโ€™s Alabama warehouses and will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, picking, wrapping/stabilization, shipping, and dispatch of a wide variety of products. These departments are critical in the timely receipt, put-away, and storage of products and shipment of products to our customers. These departments are responsible for the proper picking, wrapping, packing, shipping, and taking the proper steps to make sure our customer service standards are met with each order to ensure that the customer receives the order complete and in a presentable manner. The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee the facilities and, be responsible for the guidance, discipline, safety, and growth of all warehouse personnel. Ultimately, you must be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly, efficiently, and promptly.
