Warehouse Operations Manager (Korean bilingual, Semiconductor Materials)

[About Our Client]

Company has an operations office in Austin and supplies various piping components, including pipe, fittings, and valves, for Semiconductor Fabs and other industrial applications in the US. We provide total solutions to our customers, from procurement to stock management.

[Job Summary]

The key to our business is to supply materials from the US and overseas to customers in the US, handle all operational processes, deliver them to the Contractors' job site in a timely manner, and develop new customers for further business expansion and new vendors to improve supply chain capability.

- System & Data Synchronization (Material Master Data Management)

- Location & Warehouse Space Optimization

- Inventory Audit & 3PL Partnership Management

- Operation Oversight & Human Error Prevention Training.

Requirements

[Qualifications]

- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, specifically handling semiconductor materials, industrial plant equipment, or manufacturing logistics (Manager or Supervisor level experience is highly preferred).

- System & Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of WMS and global ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with a proven track record of managing material master data and troubleshooting system interface discrepancies through data analysis.

- Process Management Skills: Practical experience in optimizing warehouse layouts for spatial efficiency, designing bin/location management processes, and supervising barcode scanner-based picking operations.

- 3PL & Training Leadership: Demonstrated ability to audit and verify operational compliance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, along with strong communication skills to lead hands-on material-to-system matching training for warehouse crews.

- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required for coordinating with local 3PLs and vendors; proficiency in Korean is highly preferred to facilitate seamless business communication and reporting with HQ.
