Overview

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure our field teams have the materials, equipment, and support they need to serve our customers. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, coordinating inventory and materials, and providing hands-on leadership to warehouse team members.

The ideal candidate has previous leadership experience within a home services, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or similar warehouse environment and is comfortable working in a fast-paced operation supporting field technicians.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations and warehouse team members
  • Coordinate receiving, stocking, organization, and distribution of materials and equipment
  • Ensure technicians and field teams receive the correct parts and materials in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory counts
  • Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and operating safely
  • Monitor material usage and help identify inventory discrepancies
  • Coordinate with operations, purchasing, service, and installation teams
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
  • Ensure company procedures and safety standards are followed
  • Train, coach, and provide day-to-day direction to warehouse employees
  • Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and organization

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required
  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience within home services, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or a related industry required
  • HVAC experience preferred, either in the field or within a warehouse environment
  • Experience with inventory management, receiving, stocking, and material handling
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable providing hands-on leadership and working alongside the warehouse team
  • Basic computer and inventory system skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials and equipment
