Job description

Warehouse Operations Manager-

Lewisville, TX

5+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, operations, or supply chain experience.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.

Experience using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) required.

Experience using TMS (Transportation Management Systems) required.

Experience supervising warehouse employees, drivers, or logistics teams.

Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and transportation coordination.


Oversee daily warehouse operations, employees, and drivers.

Manage receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment.

Use WMS systems to maintain inventory accuracy, process warehouse activity, perform cycle counts, and generate reports.

Use TMS systems to coordinate transportation, routing, carrier activity, shipment tracking, freight documentation, and delivery updates.

Coordinate with 3PL providers, carriers, vendors, and internal departments.

Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, carrier, equipment, and warehouse records.

Prepare reports and track KPIs related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, safety, freight, and operating costs.

Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines, company policies, and warehouse safety standards.

Train, coach, and manage warehouse personnel.

Improve warehouse processes, reduce errors, and support cost control.

Requirements:

Forklift certification and warehouse equipment experience preferred.

Truck driving training experience preferred.

Flexible schedule and overtime availability as needed.
