Inovata Foods isn't your average Food Manufacturing company. We offer the stability of a large company with the feel of a small family business. We have the privilege of partnering with many of North America's largest retailers. This position reports directly to Inovata Foods' Production Manager.

Inovata Foods Corp. is looking for a full-time production associate to partner with us as we bring families and friends together through offering wholesome and convenient meals. The role is located in our Tillsonburg, Ontario facility. Inovata Foods Corp. is a major producer of wholesome control brand frozen meals for many of North America's largest retailers.

Position Details:

Vacancy Type: Existing Vacancy

Compensation: $20.05/per hour

Primary Responsibilities:
general state of cleanliness of the production, boxing and warehouse facilities
follows written Cleaning Protocols to ensure that equipment is cleaned properly
provides assistance with the cleanliness of the lunchroom, washrooms and locker facilities
ensure the proper use of all equipment available for use
Follow all company food safety programs including GMP's to produce the highest quality product for
our customers.
Must participate actively at providing a safe and clean environment for all employees at Inovata Foods.
Responsible for reporting any damaged equipment because of sanitation practices.
Responsible to accurately complete all paperwork generated for the HACCP and SQF programs in place
for the equipment that they clean.
Assists in the maintenance of good employee relations through ongoing communication.
Works with fellow Sanitation employees in their day-to-day activities based on available resources and
to promote teamwork in the department.
Works with the Sanitation Supervisor to ensure that the Environmental program is performed as
written, following up on all results as required with the Quality Specialist.
Ensures that equipment is clean by performing a post-sanitation inspection, and that equipment is
clean prior to the commencement of production operations.
Adhere to all GMPs, Food Safety and Food Quality programs (SQF, HACCP) as mentioned in our written
programs to produce the safe and good quality product for our customers.
Performs other related duties as required

Shift:

Night shift availability

Must be available for occasional Saturday work.

Working Conditions:

Position may require varying start times and extended working hours with occasional weekends to facilitate customer presentations and attendance and production trials and first runs.
