Position Overview:
CJ Logistics America is looking for key leaders to support our growth across the country. We are looking for leaders who enjoy working in a fast paced dynamic environment. Key leaders will have P&L responsibility for one or more distribution centers across the country. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent. You will be responsible for engaging your teams to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. To achieve this, managers are expected to provide their team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data driven decisions and analytical problem-solving. You will also play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.
Position Responsibilities
  • Support, mentor, and motivate managers to drive the success of the team
  • Lead customer relationship through close daily contact and ensure relationship is strong
  • Connect employees to the building awareness around KPIs, contractual inputs, and budget commitments
  • Drive cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activity
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and productive work environment through self-audit, building maintenance, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with all support teams to develop plans to meet business objective
  • Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
  • Connect with the hourly workforce and maintain high moral
  • Partner with leadership to coordinate supplies ordering and maintenance schedules
  • Lead and engage in site activities and ESG events
  • Lead and participate in site management meetings and employee round tables
  • Partner with finance to review monthly financials
  • Hold monthly safety meetings with the safety committee
  • Participate and assist in completion of inventory and quality audits

Salary range: $140,000-$150,000
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferred
  • Proven successful track record in supply chain management
  • Minimum of 5 years managerial experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the knowledge of all warehouse operations
  • Customer focused with strong customer interaction capabilities
  • Strong planning, organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
