Job description

The Warehouse Onsite Supervisor will oversee day shift operations within a busy warehouse environment, managing a large team of 16 or more staff. This role requires ensuring safety compliance, effective use of standard forklifts, and smooth operational flow across multiple sites. The supervisor must be bilingual to communicate effectively with diverse teams and will frequently travel between locations to maintain consistent standards and support.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and compliance standards
  • Operate and oversee the use of standard forklifts and warehouse equipment
  • Deliver training and upskill team members to enhance productivity
  • Generate accurate reports on warehouse activities and team performance
  • Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions
  • Lead recruiting efforts to build and maintain a strong team
  • Manage day shift schedules and workflows
  • Travel frequently across sites to ensure consistency and support

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual proficiency
