What Success in our Warehouse Coordinator Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc.
Assists in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of equipment and parts.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring all stock movements are correctly recorded in the warehouse management system. Conducts and supports physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.• Receiving and Shipping Operations: Oversees the receipt of incoming parts, inspecting quality and accuracy. Coordinates the preparation and dispatch of outgoing parts, ensuring they meet client specifications.• Order Fulfillment: Ensures orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Coordinates with the service teams to address any order-related issues or special requests.
Warehouse Organization: Maintains an organized and clean warehouse environment, optimizing space utilization and storage methods. Ensures all materials and products are stored safely and securely.
• Fleet Management: Coordinates all fleet maintenance activities to support the safe and efficient operation of company vehicles. Maintains accurate fleet records by entering and updating vehicle information, schedules preventive maintenance and repair services, coordinates service requests with vendors, and manages the delivery, receipt, setup, and assignment of fleet vehicles.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of purchasing or procurement experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
