Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Maxton, NC
Company: We Pack Logistics
Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Role Overview: Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping customer products inside a warehousing being operated on either a public or contract basis by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

STARTING PAYRATE: $83k - $103k per year (negotiable depending on experience)

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday Friday 7am 3:30pm

*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed

What You'll Do:

  • Plans and coordinates workload between employees and with customer to provide the smoothest possible performance.
  • Coordinates with organic maintenance support or outside contractors to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety for both personnel and customer inventories.
  • Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
  • Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production, cost, and customer service goals.
