Job description

Join WB Warehousing & Logistics as our Warehouse Manager and lead our receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to new heights! As the Warehouse Manager, you'll drive efficiency in product receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch. Your role will be pivotal in achieving productivity targets and ensuring seamless warehouse processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage warehouse operations in alignment with company policies and vision.
  • Standardize procedures to enhance efficiencies, including ISO required SOP development and maintenance.
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
  • Optimize space utilization through layout planning.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation.
  • Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
  • Contribute to the cycle count program.
  • Prepare annual budgets and develop a 35-year logistics strategy.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
  • Plan work rotations, assign tasks, and evaluate results.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate employees, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Produce regular reports and statistics, including KPIs.
  • Utilize data for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Solicit feedback and monitor service quality.
  • Handle additional facility management responsibilities.
