Warehouse Manager

Comfort One Shoes | Distribution & Fulfillment

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely flow of product through the Comfort One Shoes distribution center. This role leads daily warehouse operations, maintains inventory accuracy, develops the warehouse team, and continuously improves processes to support our retail stores and e-commerce business.

This position requires a hands-on leader who builds strong systems, communicates clearly, and creates a positive, accountable work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations
  • Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, transfers, and shipping
  • Ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process discipline
  • Execute daily workflows that support store and ecommerce demand
  • Monitor productivity, accuracy, and throughput; address issues quickly
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, schedule, train, and support the warehouse team
