    Position Summary:

    The Manager of Warehouse Training is primarily responsible for leading the deployment and implementation of a training experience that drives associate engagement and elevates performance. This individual partners with Operations Leadership and other key stakeholders to drive proper execution and sustainability of training initiatives throughout the facility.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop warehouse associates through training and coaching activities that result in increased performance across the facility.
    • Apply knowledge of adult learning principles, coaching skills, and innovative learning solutions to elevate the skill set of our associates and influence performance.
    • Drive standardization and proper execution by ensuring site-specific training programs are tailored to accommodate site-specific business needs.
    • Identify training needs and recommend appropriate solutions, through data analysis and by observing trainers, trainees and on site Leadership.
    • Conduct and oversee training sessions, coach and mentor trainers, ensuring employee comprehension and demonstration.
    • Lead and observe trainer development sessions and monitor performance for new warehouse trainers, experienced trainers and high potential trainers to ensure personal development and retention.
    • Consult with field training team regarding best practices and implement best practices into warehouse training program.
    • Leverage data to analyze and assess impact of training and development programs and then take action as necessary for improvements.
    • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

    What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) in Education, HumanResources, Organizational Development orrelated field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
    • 3+ years of high volume warehouse experience required
    • 1+ years of training experience required, including the ability to demonstrate an understanding of adult learning styles and strategies.
    • 2+ years in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to influence others.
    • Highly motivated, creative and enthusiastic team player with a passion for training.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, conflict resolution, and employee relations skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication.
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
    • Flexibility and ability to handle change in a positive manner.
    • Microsoft Office skills - Intermediate Level.
    • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
