Job Description
MSB is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Management Support to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, maintaining, and preparing equipment and materials for deployment while ensuring accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, comfortable using technology, and willing to work overtime when business needs require.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Duties/Responsibilities:
โ€ข Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments using Microsoft Office and company computer systems.
โ€ข Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
โ€ข Prepare equipment, materials, and orders for daily deployments and deliveries.
โ€ข Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
โ€ข Make local deliveries as needed using a company vehicle.
โ€ข Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
โ€ข Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
โ€ข Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.
โ€ข Work overtime, when necessary, to ensure products and equipment are prepared for deployment the following business day.
โ€ข Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent.
โ€ข Current forklift certification with demonstrated forklift operating experience.
โ€ข Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
โ€ข Ability to safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries.
โ€ข Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and basic computer skills.
โ€ข Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
โ€ข Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
โ€ข Dependable work ethic with a willingness to work overtime as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications:
โ€ข Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or inventory environment.
โ€ข Familiarity with electronic equipment, components, or technology products.
โ€ข Experience with inventory management systems.
โ€ข Residence on Louisiana's Northshore is strongly preferred to support scheduling and response needs.
