Starting pay $16.75 dollars an hour
(Monday-Friday)
Hours:
Night shift 1st process-2:30pm-End of shift
2nd process-4:15pm-End of Shift
Benefits include One week vacation after 6 months of employment, Earn Time Off, 401K Retirement plan, Stock Purchase Plan, Holiday pay, Free Education program, and will be eligible for Health Insurance from day one of orientation.
Job Description:
This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Long periods of standing, walking, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and reaching are required. Lifting 0-40lbs or more if required. These positions work in a cold, hot, wet, and slippery environment. Positions rotate throughout the department. Applicants will be considered for openings in any department that may include, but not limited to Evisceration and Further Processing Department.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Rehire Consideration:
  • 180 days (6 months) waiting period
  • Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
