Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor for our Multi-shift operation in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities, manage inventory levels, ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
**Additional Information:**
- Full-time | Monday-Friday
- $75,000 - $80,000 annual salary DOE + 10% discretionary bonus.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and best practices.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
