Description

The Warehouse Route Driver is responsible for safely delivering products to customers while supporting daily warehouse operations. This role combines driving, inventory handling, order fulfillment, and warehouse support to ensure accurate deliveries, organized inventory, and efficient branch operations.


Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along assigned routes (Box Truck).ย 
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and complete deliveries to customers.ย 
  • Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety ย concerns.ย 
  • Maintain delivery records and required documentation.ย 
  • Load, unload, move, and store products using proper handling procedures.ย 
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and ย completeness.ย 
  • Organize inventory and maintain warehouse storage areas.ย 
  • Assist with inventory counts, audits, and inventory control ย activities.ย 
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling ย equipment.ย 
  • Support daily warehouse operations and assist with order ย fulfillment.ย 
  • Follow company safety policies, DOT requirements, and operational ย procedures.ย 
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.ย 

Requirements

  • One (1) year or more of delivery driving, warehouse, distribution, or related experience preferred.ย 
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.ย 
  • Box Truck experience
  • Ability to meet company driving and insurability requirements.ย 
  • Forklift experience required.ย 
  • Ability to safely operate box trucks and warehouse equipment.ย 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout ย ย the shift.ย 
  • Willingness to work in both warehouse and delivery environments.ย 
  • Ability to load, unload, and transport materials safely.ย 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.ย 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ย
