Location: West Jefferson, OH
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Line Lead to support daily warehouse production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Line Lead, you will help guide a team on the production floor, ensure workflow efficiency, maintain quality standards, and support supervisors in meeting daily production goals. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support production team members throughout assigned shifts
  • Ensure production lines operate efficiently, safely, and on schedule
  • Train, coach, and assist employees on processes, procedures, and quality expectations
  • Monitor product quality and conduct inspections during production
