Hiring Immediately – Warehouse Line Lead – Hebron, KY
Inergroup is hiring immediately for Warehouse Line Lead jobs in Hebron, KY.  As a Warehouse Line Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production line is actively engaged to meet daily customer demand and production schedule.  You will also provide effective training to the line cell and ensure safety and quality standards are always maintained.  Weekly pay starting at $18 - $20/hr.
Responsibilities:
  • Arrive early and walk to your line and make sure its 100% ready for start up
  • Works with supervisor and other line leaders to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and the production schedule are met.
  • Update the production board on the line daily
  • Responsible for the safety, quality, and line efficiency of each production run.
  • Take line attendance daily
  • Check BOMs, headers, layouts and labels for accuracy
  • Train new employees 
  • Responsible for tracking and obtaining daily production goals

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have 2-5 years of experience leading employees in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Must have previous experience operating forklift and cherry-picker
  • Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
