Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • One (1) year or more simple mathematical calculations preferred

  • One (1) year or more operating a computer and hand-held scanner preferred

  • One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred

  • One (1) year or more previous production experience preferred

  • Ability to multi-task and work within multiple systems at the same time

  • Ability to react to change positively and handle additional tasks as required

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus preferred

  • Advanced proficiency/knowledge and/or experience with production assembly lines

Important Note: Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Set-up, operation, and reconciliation of assigned production assembly lines

  • Makes sure correct customer product is on the line

  • Trains line workers on how to assemble components and pack product per documented work instructions and quality requirements

  • Makes sure units/pallets are packed correctly

  • Perform other duties as assigned
