Napoleon Spring Works is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily operations across multiple departments. This role involves handling garage door components, assisting with production, and ensuring accurate shipping and inventory processes. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to different warehouse functions as needed.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and parts
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately
  • Assist in the production and assembly of garage door components
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (as required)
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
  • Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
  • Support multiple departments including shipping, receiving, and production as needed
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
