Bilingual Warehouse Laborer

Pay: $19/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a dependable and hardworking Bilingual Warehouse Laborer (English/Spanish) to support warehouse operations for one of our valued industrial clients. This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting daily shipping and receiving functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders

• Unload, unpack, and inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage

• Stock shelves, racks, and bins with inventory

• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment or internal distribution

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks

• Operate basic warehouse tools and equipment (stretch wrap, pallet jacks, tape dispensers, etc.)

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout shift

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Basic computer/data entry skills a plus

• Forklift experience or certification is a plus

• Team-oriented with good communication skills
