Job description

QC Supply is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse & Counter Sales Associate in Washington, Iowa. This dynamic role blends customer service, parts sales, and warehouse duties. You'll assist walk-in customers, manage showroom inventory, and fulfill orders. This first-shift position is scheduled Monday through Friday for 30+ hours per week, with flexible hours such as 8am-2pm, 9am-3pm, or 10am-4pm.

As a Warehouse & Counter Sales Associate at QC Supply, you will manage inventory and help customers at the Washington, Iowa branch. You will handle stock, sell farm parts, and talk with buyers in the store and on the phone.

Job Duties

  • Inventory Work: Receive, check, and stock new items.
  • Order Prep: Pack and get orders ready to ship out safely.
  • Counter Sales: Help walk-in buyers and sell equipment parts.
  • Phone Help: Answer calls and share product deals.
  • Cleaning: Keep the work areas neat and safe.

  • Receiving: Check incoming boxes and type them into the computer system.
  • Put-Away: Put items in their correct spots on shelves or bins.
  • Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and get orders ready to be sent out.
  • Inventory Control: Count stock often to make sure numbers match and items do not run out.
  • Upkeep: Keep all work areas clean and safe.

Counter Sales & Service

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Education & Experience
