Job description

JOB PURPOSE: 
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and managing all inventory-related activities within the location. This includes but is not limited to: timely receiving of shipments, staging and put-away of inventory within the warehouse, cleaning and maintenance of fleet equipment, physical inventory counts, and accurate processing and reporting of inventory transactions.
 
Pay Range: $16.35 to $21.25. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Receive all purchase orders and validate them against packing slips within 24 hours. 
  • Ensure all items within warehouse are tagged, labeled, and stored properly. 
  • Manage return authorizations in a timely manner, including requests, returns, and reporting. 
  • Complete inventory transactions accurately within the operating system.  
  • Clean and organize warehouse to Numotion standards. 
  • Perform warehouse waste management activities, including breaking down boxes and removing pallets. 
  • Sanitize and maintain fleet (rental, demo, loaner) equipment. 
  • Provide guidance and support regarding inventory control procedures within the warehouse.  
  • Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.   
  • Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.  
  • Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times.  Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. 
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet applications. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. 
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • Previous supply chain, warehouse, or inventory management experience. 
  • Ability to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.
