  • Hourly Pay: $24 - $26 depending upon experience/certifications- may be negotiable depending on experience/certifications.
  • Overtime: $36.00 per hour when working overtime
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (overtime available, may come in early or leave late)

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more years in QA/Document Control experience in the food and/or dietary supplement industry preferred
  • Skilled using Microsoft Word and Excel Beginner

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to make decisions (good judgment), manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and interface effectively with customers and internal staff

Responsibilities
  • Creates and maintains quality system documentation and records, including specifications, item number creation, bills of materials (BOMs), master manufacturing records (MMRs), change controls, deviations, and material disposition forms

  • Works with customers and purchasing to collect supplier documents

  • Assists with internal audits

  • May perform other duties as assigned by Quality management

  • May assist with customer complaints and corrective actions

  • Performs other duties as assigned
