Job description

The Warehouse Associate manages daily logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. They maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse while operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring compliance with safety standards. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and scanning items for shipment.
  • Inventory Control: Receiving, inspecting, and stocking merchandise while updating records.
  • Logistics & Shipping: Loading/unloading trucks and preparing shipping labels.
  • Maintenance & Safety: Cleaning the warehouse, maintaining equipment, and following safety protocols. 

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Physical Strength: Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Stamina: Capacity to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Skills: Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.
  • Reliability: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. 

 

Typical Working Conditions

  • Warehouse environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
