Inventory Controller II

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Controller II to join our production team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records for packaging supplies and finished goods through cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and inventory processing. The ideal candidate has strong inventory control experience, is proficient with Excel and inventory management systems, and can work independently while balancing warehouse and office responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for packaging materials and finished goods.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through research and reconciliation.
  • Process inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels and help maintain warehouse inventory accuracy.
  • Utilize Excel and inventory management systems to track, analyze, and report inventory data.
  • Prioritize daily workload to ensure inventory tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance inventory control processes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
