Job Title:
MRO Crib Attendant (Warehouse & Inventory Control)
Overview / Summary:
The MRO Crib Attendant is a frontline warehouse role responsible for supporting inventory and material handling operations within a secured crib area of an automotive plant. This position focuses on receiving, storing, tracking, and dispensing non-production materials while ensuring accurate inventory control and supporting internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound materials and ensure proper storage
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
  • Dispense materials to internal customers
  • Perform cycle counting activities
  • Load and unload trucks using powered industrial vehicles (PIV)
  • Organize crib area and maintain housekeeping standards
  • Provide support to internal customers including maintenance employees and management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with basic warehousing and inventory control functions
  • Experience working with an inventory control system (SAP)
  • Valid MHE/PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) operator license required
  • Ability to perform material handling tasks including loading and unloading
  • Willingness to work a 2nd shift schedule
