Sanders Beach Rentals is a luxury vacation rental management company with more than 20 years of experience serving homeowners and guests along beautiful Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.


We are currently seeking a full-time Linen & Inventory Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. Behind every exceptional guest stay is a team that makes sure every detail is ready before arrival, including prepared linen packages, stocked cleaning supplies, organized inventory, and the behind-the-scenes support that keeps our operation running smoothly.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, keeping inventory organized, and contributing to a fast-moving operation behind the scenes. You'll help manage linen and amenity inventory, prepare supply bags for upcoming cleanings, and ensure our housekeeping teams have everything they need to prepare homes to company standards. If you enjoy staying productive, keeping things moving, and finding satisfaction in making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you'll likely be a great fit.


What You Will Do:

  • Prepare and pack linen and amenity bags for upcoming property cleanings
  • Roll and organize sheet sets and maintain linen inventory
  • Stock linen shelves and monitor inventory levels
  • Oversee linen bag pick up and account for dirty linen bag drop off
  • Coordinate laundry pickups and deliveries with laundry service vendor
  • Assist with increased linen processing, inventory organization, and supply preparation during deep-cleaning season
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas
  • Keep housekeeping caddies, chemicals, and supplies fully stocked
  • Communicate inventory needs and supply shortages to management
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
