Job description

The Warehouse Manager's main priorities are to assist management with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Receiving deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product
  • Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse
  • Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to update Regional Accounts on business, channel competition, opportunities, and promotions
  • Assist in repackaging and introducing repackaged products back into circulation within RBNA's standards
  • Assist in the disposal of damage/out-of-date product
  • Assist with the scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance.
  • Secondary contact for warehouse access and security
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
  • Prior warehouse experience, preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational and mathematical skills
  • Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs. over your head

Physical Requirements:
  • Repeatedly lifting 10-25 pounds including overhead.
  • Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently.
  • Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Clear background and drug testing.
  • Able to obtain or have a medical DOT certification
  • Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.
