The goal is to motivate employees to be more productive and efficient while maintaining quality and safety standards. Warehouse incentive programs vary by employer and may include individual or team-based rewards.

How does the incentive system typically work for warehouse roles?

In warehouse incentive roles, employees are often rewarded based on their productivity, such as the number of items picked, packed, or shipped within a shift.
