How does the incentive system typically work for warehouse roles, and what should I expect when starting out?

In warehouse incentive roles, employees are often rewarded based on their productivity, such as the number of items picked, packed, or shipped within a shift. When starting out, you can expect to be introduced to clear performance targets and provided with training to help you meet those goals. Incentive systems are designed to motivate employees while maintaining safety and quality standards.
