Your Impact

  • Be the trusted first point of contact for our customers, providing professional support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Own the customer experience from inquiry to resolution: identify issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure every request reaches a successful outcome.
  • Manage customer orders, returns, credits, exchanges, and account updates with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keep customer and order information organized and up to date using QuickBooks, EDI systems, and other company platforms.
  • Monitor and process EDI transactions, ensuring smooth order flow and proactively resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare invoices, assist with payment processing, and provide support for account-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation to support operational excellence.
  • Provide customers with clear and timely information regarding products, pricing, shipments, and order status.
  • Act as the connection between customers, sales, warehouse, accounting, and operations teams to ensure seamless service and communication.
  • Partner closely with our headquarters in Germany and North American distributors to ensure a smooth flow of information from order placement through delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas that help us deliver an even better customer experience.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Previous customer service experience in an office, manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in customer interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks, including customer account management, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Experience with EDI systems and electronic order processing is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
