We are looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse Administrator.

Your role here

As a Warehouse Administrator, you'll keep our warehouse running efficiently day to day-coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and making sure every order goes out accurately and on time. You'll work closely with our warehouse team, carriers, and customers to keep things moving, solve problems quickly, and help improve efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Your experience and background
  • Background in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics setting.
  • Experience with general warehouse work-loading, unloading, picking, packing, scanning, cleaning, and lifting.
  • Ability to scheduling shipments and coordinating with carriers or trucking companies.
  • Comfortable tracking inventory and completing regular cycle counts.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry, scanning documents, and clerical tasks.
  • Strong inventory management skills, including cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting customer deadlines and operational requirements.
  • Experience working with ERP, warehouse management, and/or inventory tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain and order warehouse or facility supplies as needed.
  • Experience handling shipping documents, bills of lading, and document scanning and filing.
