1-800-Flowers.com is hiring for multiple seasonal opportunities at our Obetz, OH and Groveport, OH facilities!

Attend our hiring event to meet with our Talent Acquisition team, learn more about our open positions, and interview on-site.

Hiring Event Details

  • Time: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
  • Location: 6201 Green Pointe Dr. S., Suite 200, Groveport, OH 43125

  • Seasonal Gift Production Associates (1st & 2nd Shift*)
  • Seasonal Warehouse Forklift Drivers (1st Shift)
  • Seasonal Freezer Drivers (1st & 2nd Shift)

*2nd Shift Gift Production is available at the Obetz facility only.

Pay: $15.50-$23.00 per hour (depending on position and experience)

Qualified candidates may be able to start as soon as Monday, August 17, 2026.

Come prepared to interview! Candidates interested in Warehouse Forklift Driver and Freezer Driver positions should be prepared to complete an on-site interview with a supervisor during the event.

If an offer is extended, candidates are encouraged to bring original, unexpired documentation needed to complete the federal Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to help expedite the hiring process.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for production positions and up to 50 lbs. for warehouse and driver positions.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including refrigerated and freezer environments, depending on the position.
  • Forklift experience is required for Warehouse Forklift Driver and Freezer Driver positions.
  • Experience operating double-reach forklifts, stock pickers, electric pallet jacks, and RF scan guns is preferred for Freezer Driver positions.
  • Must be willing to work assigned shifts and overtime as business needs require.
  • Must successfully complete the pre-employment hiring process and provide documentation required to complete the federal Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, if an offer of employment is extended.
