Job description

Warehouse General Labor/Dock Workers

Humano is currently seeking warehouse general labor/dock workers for 2nd shift positions at our location in Taft Ville, Connecticut. As a warehouse general labor/dock worker, you will be responsible for various tasks including unloading, receiving, loading, palletizing, and general warehouse work. We offer daily pay through the DailyPay app, with a base pay ranging from $17.50-$28 per hour-production pay. The more efficient you are the more you earn each day!

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to lift at least 35-51 lbs unassisted.
  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks such as unloading trucks, loading trailers, picking warehouse orders, palletizing, operating forklifts, clamp trucks, reach-trucks, and lifts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the warehouse.
  • Possible overtime opportunities during peak seasons.
  • Referral bonus available: Bring a friend and get $200.00 for each hired referral.
