Position Summary
The Warehouse Member plays a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, managing both order fulfillment and inventory processes. This includes receiving shipments, organizing merchandise, preparing orders for delivery, and supporting vendor communication.
Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time.
    • Prepare shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and UPS labels.
    • Handle various shipment types (restocks, holds, freight).
    • Manage Carson orders and deliveries, ensuring correct pricing.
  • Receiving & Inventory:
    • Receive and count incoming merchandise accurately.
    • Check for damaged goods and report discrepancies.
    • Organize and label merchandise for easy storage and access.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
  • Vendor & Payment Coordination:
    • Communicate with vendors to resolve shipment issues.
    • Make bank runs, manage payments, and handle deposits.
  • Support Tasks:
    • Verify online orders and flag fraudulent payments.
    • Assist with equipment organization and repairs.
    • Maintain clear communication with warehouse staff and sales teams.
    • Order supplies for all locations as needed.
