Job description

Job Summary: 

The Fulfillment Supervisor will help leadup our parcel packaging process and will work alongside team members on the actual line. Other tasks will also include assisting the Warehouse Manager with general warehouse needs such as warehouse organization, freezer inventory management, and maintenance assignments. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Order Accuracy: Ensure you and your team pack and ship orders with 99% accuracy.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse by putting away all deliveries within 48 hours.
  • Organizing Recycling Schedule: Help ensure corrugated bales are recycled by scheduling two monthly deliveries.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Help oversee & guide the training of warehouse staff. Encourage teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met, & company culture is maintained. 

  • Act as the point person between the Warehouse Manager & warehouse staff to ensure the day's plan & goals are achieved. 

  • Uphold company policies according to the team manual, & maintain a safe work environment. 

  • Help to implement weekly workflows to ensure truck departure times are met.

  • Help to oversee on-site inventory supply. Assist with cycle counts & inventory control to ensure proper handling, rotation & storage of products. 

  • Direct warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager. Submit BOLs to cold storage facility & update Inventory system.

  • Help to manage the maintenance of the warehouse & equipment. Assist with the inspection & maintenance of trucks & forklift.

Requirements:

Nice to have:
• Ability to drive and operate a 22’ box truck.
• Operating the forklift to move pallets of product and supplies.

Expected Hours:

  • Hours: 36 - 40 per week

  • Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM with the occasional Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

NOTE: Hours/day may vary slightly depending on the season & order volume.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $25/hr.

  • $2,000/year food credit (redeemed at our farm store)

  • $2,000/year accuracy bonus potential

  • 2 weeks of PTO after 3 months with the ability to earn additional PTO

  • Paid Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, & half day for Good Friday)
