Required Experience: 1 to 3 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or high-volume e-commerce picking and packing
Type of Employment: Full-Time
Working Hours: Flexible shift: 08:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $18 - $22
About The Role
Petra Brands is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our logistics team. This role bridges traditional warehouse operations with fast-paced B2C e-commerce fulfillment. You will play a key role in managing wholesale inventory while independently driving daily high-volume e-commerce orders (300+ per day) across platforms like Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Target, and Faire.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare high-volume customer orders using barcode scanners. Print shipping labels and process orders efficiently through computer systems.
  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming wholesale and private label (PL) shipments. Assist with regular inventory counts and SKU tracking.
  • Ensure precise SKU selection, correct labeling, and secure packaging. Conduct quality checks before shipment to meet daily productivity targets and eliminate errors.
  • Work independently within assigned warehouse sections while safely operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, strictly adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or high-volume e-commerce picking and packing.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills (experience with shipping tools like Shippo/ShipStation and platforms like Shopify/Walmart is highly preferred). Comfortable using barcode scanners.
  • Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and perform heavy lifting/physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management to meet daily shipping deadlines, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
