What You'll Do
  • Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are achieved
  • Monitor inventory movement and inventory accuracy
  • Assist with receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping activities
  • Train, coach, and mentor warehouse team members
  • Support cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Monitor performance metrics and communicate priorities to the team
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with supervisors and managers to resolve operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
  • Previous lead, trainer, or team leadership experience preferred
  • Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment after proper training and certification

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
  • Assist with monitoring daily KPI's, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
  • Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
  • Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
  • Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site.   Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

  • HS Diploma / GED.
  • Experience in a Lead role.
  • Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
  • Prior forklift experience.
