Join H.B. Fuller as a Warehouse Worker

  • Location: Grand Rapids, MI

  • Schedule: 12-hr Night Shift (2-2-3 schedule), 6pm-6:30am

  • Pay: $23.50 per hour + $1.00 shift differential

Position Overview
H.B. Fuller is hiring a Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This role involves handling materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining inventory integrity. We're looking for a reliable team player who takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

  • Transfer products using FIFO inventory method

  • Assist with raw material sampling for quality checks

  • Store and rotate inventory per company guidelines

  • Report any non-conforming products to supervisor

  • Load and unload trucks, containers, and bulk tankers

  • Accurately prepare and stage customer orders

  • Maintain cleanliness and equipment condition in work areas

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

  • Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in warehouse or similar role

  • Forklift operation experience

  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures

  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform physical tasks

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $23.50/hr.
