Job description

Stone Warehouse USA is one of the largest suppliers of natural and engineered stone in Florida and Michigan, with multiple locations and continued growth. We are renowned for our high-quality and unique selection of granite, marble, quartzite, and porcelain slabs.

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Architecture & Design Sales Rep. to develop and maintain strong partnerships within the architecture and design community. This role will focus on building relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers in the Tampa Bay and Sarasota markets, promoting our stone products, and driving specification opportunities for upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers within the A&D community.

  • Actively promote and present Stone Warehouse products and materials to design firms and construction professionals.

  • Identify new project opportunities and ensure our products are specified in commercial and residential projects.

  • Conduct product presentations and showroom visits with design firms and industry professionals.

  • Manage and grow a pipeline of projects from specification through completion.

  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are completed successfully.

  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to expand brand presence and generate leads.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide product knowledge, samples, and technical support when needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community is strongly preferred.

  • Experience working with architects, interior designers, builders, or developers.

  • Knowledge of construction materials, stone, tile, or building products is a plus.

  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
