What You'll Do
As our Warehouse Manager, you'll take ownership of all warehouse operations while helping ensure materials, inventory, and shipments move efficiently throughout the organization.
Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day warehouse operations
  • Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials
  • Picking, staging, and preparing outgoing shipments
  • Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and inventory control processes
  • Improving warehouse organization, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Coordinating material needs with production and purchasing teams
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Supporting inbound and outbound logistics activities
  • Working closely with office, production, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Training alongside our Corrugated Designer to learn packaging design concepts, systems, and workflows
  • Providing backup support for design projects and customer requests as skills develop
  • Collaborating with Design and Sales teams to help create packaging solutions for customers
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
  • Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Experience with inventory systems, ERP systems, or shipping software is a plus
  • Interest in learning new skills and growing within the organization
  • Positive attitude and commitment to safety
