Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • General Reception tasks - direct incoming calls, take messages to relay, answer questions, etc.

  • Schedule incoming trailer appointments for all departments.

  • Manage inventory for in house market.

  • Prepare outgoing and special reports while obtaining necessary data and information from various sources

  • Identify problems and conduct research necessary to assemble information for review

  • Log and attain signatures for basic billing documents

  • Coordinate employee luncheons, set up and tear down of lunches, dinners for business meetings

  • Assist in the development of presentation materials.

  • Assist with and/or assume responsibility for a variety of small projects as assigned by a variety of departments

  • Perform scanning and other general administrative tasks

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in office skills with a very strong emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite software skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Considerable experience managing multiple and high-level priorities simultaneously is required at this level

  • Must be able to prioritize work assignments to complete tasks timely and accurately

  • Strong communication skills; oral and written

  • Significant customer service experience, utilizing strong interpersonal skills required

  • Confidential in nature, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Strong aptitude with numbers, attention to detail

  • Detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures and personnel

  • Thorough knowledge of technical and business vocabulary

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong Team Player - ability to work with multiple team members on a variety of assignments
