Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations for an events and production company. This position combines warehouse coordination with administrative and front desk responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage schedules, coordinate activities, and help keep warehouse operations organized and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
    Scheduling & Coordination
    • Coordinate daily warehouse activities and schedules
    • Schedule incoming and outgoing deliveries, pickups, and shipments
    • Communicate with drivers, vendors, event teams, and warehouse personnel
    • Help coordinate the movement of event equipment and materials
    • Track schedules and make adjustments as priorities change
    • Communicate schedule changes or delays to the appropriate teams
    Warehouse Support
    • Assist with organizing and tracking inventory and warehouse materials
    • Help coordinate the preparation and movement of equipment for events
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation
    • Assist with receiving and shipping activities as needed
    • Help ensure materials are stored and organized properly
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
    • Support warehouse leadership and team members with daily operational needs
    Qualifications
    • Previous warehouse, logistics, coordination, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Comfortable working in both an office/front desk and warehouse environment
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
