Description:

 The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all warehouse functions to meet company and customer expectations. 

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
     
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
     
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely (if certified).
     
  • Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas.
     
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
     
  • Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled with care.
     
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
     
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to management.
     
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
     
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
     
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
     
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
