Job description

Step into the flow of our supply chain

From the first truck at the dock to the final packed order, you keep materials moving and records precise. You’ll manage inventory, shipping, and receiving while serving as the trusted backup to our Warehouse Manager when needed.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

A day in this role

Your morning starts at the inbound dock—unloading and inspecting deliveries, confirming counts, and flagging any damage or discrepancies. You’ll place stock in the right locations, then pivot to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders. Throughout the day you’ll operate forklifts safely, keep aisles tidy, and update records so every item is traceable. As needed, you’ll step in for the Warehouse Manager to create bills of lading (BOLs), scan pick tickets to the CSR for billing purposes, and handle other duties as deemed necessary.

What you’ll do
  • Unload and inspect incoming shipments; report damaged or missing items promptly.
  • Store inventory in designated locations and maintain organization.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders with accuracy and care.
  • Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and assist with cycle counts and inventory counts.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Keep work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Record incoming and outgoing goods to keep data current and reliable.
  • Serve as backup to the Warehouse Manager: create BOLs for shipments, scan pick tickets to CSR for billing purposes, and support additional tasks as needed.
