Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, issuing material, ensuring accurate stock counts and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment within Green Ridge Solar’s main warehouse.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

- Receive and process incoming stock and materials

- Pick and fill orders from stock

- Process all RMA’s and all Returned inventory

- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts

- Manage inventory organization and labeling

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks

- Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

- Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues

- Operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver parts as needed


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 2+ years of experience in warehouse and inventory management

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Forklift certification required

- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record


Work Hours & Benefits

As Warehouse/Material Handler you will be a non-exempt employee eligible to earn an hourly wage. According to the 2016 updated regulations of the Fair Labor Standard Act or “FLSA”, this full-time hourly position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for overtime pay for hours worked more than 40 hours, in a 7-day work week. All wages will be paid at regular intervals in accordance with our payroll policies.
