As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be working with customer related matters by assisting customers with orders, both inbound and outbound freight, loading and unloading material, and driving as needed. Strengths required: Ability to learn, open-minded, flexibility to embrace change and an eager attitude along with integrity and honesty.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Accurately and efficiently answer customer questions, follow-up with orders, and meet with customers as needed.

In addition, perform warehouse duties that will include any shipping, receiving, or inventory related

functions

Follow Quality Procedures (QP's) and job specific duties as described in TWL and/or SXe.

Adhere to applicable Policies and Procedures (PPD's) and all work rules as found in the GT Midwest Employee Handbook

Complete Haz-Mat training and follow all applicable regulations

Complete fork lift training and operate fork lift equipment safely

Driving and Delivering product to customer as needed

Communicate with Warehouse Management of any problems, questions, or other concerns

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Clean driving record required

Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehousing operations a plus

Experience working in a customer oriented, fast paced operation required

Experience with RF scanning operations a plus


Language Skills

Must be able to read, write, and communicate orally in English to co-workers, managers, and possibly customers or vendors



Computer Skills

Basic computer skills are needed to access different programs in the GT ERP system

Daily use of addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division will be necessary

Calculating square footage product will be necessary

Understanding use of decimals and/or fractions will be necessary


Physical Demands


Warehouse Team Members will be required to use hands and arms to grab, feel, lift, push, reach; Other physical activities will include walking, standing, bending, and squatting

Employees will be required to repetitively lift up to 60 lbs

Fast paced environment

Warehouse temperature will range from 60-100degrees

Some overtime may be necessary on occasion
