Job description

Summary
Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part-Time Wardrobe Clerk at Reliant Park in Houston, Texas. Reliant Park is in the fast lane for opportunity and excitement. We are a one-of-a-kind premier facility with four major venues within one giant park. Reliant Center (one million+ sq. ft. Convention Center), Reliant Stadium (home of the Houston Texans and The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo), Reliant Astrodome ("The" Astrodome), and Reliant Arena. We are seeking a unique Outside Operations Clerk to join our Outside Operations team. The wardrobe Clerk, under direct supervision of the Outside Operations Coordinator, is responsible for wardrobe operations during events, including checking staff in and out, issuing required uniforms and inventory control. Also, acts as liaison between the facility and clients, ensuring all clients' requirements are met and facility rules, regulations and policies are adhered to.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Includes the following:
  • Courteously and professionally answer the Wardrobe telephone in a timely manner and be friendly and helpful responding to questions from callers.
  • Assist in the development and full daily implementation of an efficient inventory management process.
  • Responsible for checking all Part-Time Outside Operations personnel in and out of Wardrobe.
  • Issuing and collecting uniforms, supplies and the appropriate daily event notes upon employee check in and check out.
  • Utilize Inventory Management program to track and distribute inventory daily.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-year-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities
  • Use a multi-line telephone system and other office equipment including a copier and fax machine.
  • Strong ability to multitask including balancing multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
  • Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
  • Work independently, exercise judgement and initiative.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.

Computer Skills
  • Operate standard office equipment and personal computer(s) using Outlook, MS Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with inventory control, asset tracking and other software databases are preferred.

Other Qualifications
  • Be licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
